At Flyhjælp, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Administrative Case Worker in our Operations Department in Copenhagen. You’ll become part of a young and dedicated team in a company that works to ensure that air passengers receive the compensation they are entitled to.
You don’t need a specific educational background or legal experience – the most important thing is that you’re eager to learn, take responsibility, and provide great service. We’ll make sure you receive thorough training.
Your mission
You will work on handling individual flight compensation cases and helping our customers get their rightful compensation when, for example, their flight has been delayed or canceled. Your tasks will include:
Assessing and processing compensation claims from customers
Preparing cases for the Scandinavian courts (no legal experience needed – we’ll teach you everything you need to know)
Verifying documents and customer data
Providing written customer service via email and social media
Ad hoc tasks and contributing to the optimization of our processes

Practical Information
Flyhjælp holds a debt collection license issued by the Danish police. As part of this license, we are required to document that our employees have no criminal record. Therefore, it is a condition of employment that you can present a clean criminal record certificate.
