At Flyhjælp, we work with a clear purpose: giving people access to justice.Air passenger rights exist to protect travellers - but in reality, many never claim what they’re entitled to. The process can feel complex, time consuming, and difficult to navigate. We bridge that gap by making it swift, easy and transparent.
Each case represents a real situation where something didn’t go as planned. Your work helps ensure that travellers are treated fairly and that their rights are upheld in a way that is both efficient and smart.

You’ll be part of a collaborative setup that values trust, ownership, and doing things properly - both in how we support our customers and how we work together.
