At Flyhjælp, we give people access to justice.
Flyhjælp helps air passengers across the Nordics claim compensation when their flights are delayed or cancelled. We combine legal expertise with technology to make the process swift, easy and transparent.
We are currently looking for a new HR Student Assistant to join our Copenhagen office on a part-time basis (10-15 hours weekly).
In this role, you will work closely with our HR Manager in Copenhagen and support with a wide range of HR-related tasks across recruitment, employee administration, internal documentation, compliance, onboarding and day-to-day HR operations. You will also collaborate with our HR team in Berlin, as Flyhjælp is part of the German legal-tech company Flightright.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently studying HRM, psychology, business administration or another relevant field, and who would like to gain practical experience within HR in an international company.
The role will give you insight into how HR works in practice in a growing legal-tech company, where you will support both recurring HR processes and ad hoc tasks. Depending on your skills, interests and development, there will also be room to take on more complex tasks over time.

Why us?
At Flyhjælp, we work with a clear purpose: giving people access to justice.
Air passenger rights exist to protect travellers, but in reality, many never claim what they are entitled to. The process can feel complex, time-consuming and difficult to navigate. We bridge that gap by making it swift, easy and transparent.
Our Copenhagen office is home to colleagues working across operations, litigation, finance, marketing and HR. We are an international team with colleagues from across the Nordics and other parts of Europe.
Since 2021, Flyhjælp has been part of the German company Flightright, which connects us to a broader European legal-tech setup and gives us close collaboration with colleagues in Berlin, Budapest, Cairo and Kyiv.
As our HR Student Assistant, you will get practical experience with a broad range of HR tasks and become part of the daily HR work in Copenhagen. You will work closely with our HR Manager and support processes that directly affect the employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and internal communication.
You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative workplace where we value trust, ownership and doing things properly - both in how we support our customers and how we work together.
What you can expect:
Apply by submitting your CV and an application telling us why you would be a great fit for the role.
Expected start date is 1st of August.
If you have any questions regarding the position, you are welcome to contact our HR Manager Marie Hoffmann at marie.hoffmann@flightright.de.
There is no application deadline, but please send your application as soon as possible, as we invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis and will close the recruitment process once we have found the right candidate.
Please note that, due to our work with debt collection, all employment at Flyhjælp is conditional upon the selected candidate presenting a criminal record certificate as part of the final recruitment process. The certificate will be assessed only to the extent relevant to the position and our business requirements, and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection and recruitment rules.
