Your mission
In the Operations team, you’ll assist air passengers in obtaining the compensation they are entitled to by managing customer interactions and case processing. You will learn about passenger rights, handle customer dialogues, and gain experience in case administration within a dynamic team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to help optimize workflows and implement new technologies to increase efficiency.
Your Tasks:- Assess and process flight cases
- Prepare cases for Scandinavian courts
- Validate files and customer data
- Manage customer communication with an emphasis on understanding and service
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Various ad hoc tasks to keep each day engaging

The team consists of two caseworkers and a Team Leader, with whom you’ll work closely to ensure high quality in cases and assessments within the Norwegian legal process. Our team includes both part-time and full-time caseworkers.
